There will be four classes available with a separate D class for teams of three younger children consisting of 3 yellow courses with a mass start at 1000hrs.

For seniors (and older children – courses A/B/C) teams will consist of 3 people and there will be 4 cross country courses to complete: long, middle, short, final.  You will have to declare in advance which member of your team is doing the long, middle and short course. Everyone will set off together in a mass start at 1000hrs.  At the end of your course you will punch the finish as usual; if you are the first person in your team to finish, you will swap your dibber for a bag containing a new dibber and the final course which will be very short. Once every one has finished and downloaded, the winning team will be the one with the lowest total time taken for the 4 courses.

Prizes will be awarded to the first 3 teams in all 11 classes:

 Course A: Open, 120+ teams, all women teams, at least 1 women;
 Course B: 120+ all women, 160+, Families (2 parents, 1 junior child);
Course C: 48- teams, 48- women’s teams, Families (1 parent, 2 junior children);
Course D: 3 x M/W12.
